Roy K. Lee is a consulting professional with over 12 years of experience and education in business strategy and management with expertise in innovative and strategic growth and operations. In his current role, Roy is responsible for external and internal affairs in addition to local market development. Previously he served in Accenture’s Human Services and Nonprofit Practice leading the Workforce Development and Labor Industries Group, specializing in digital transformation and customer experience. He has been recognized as a rising star in Consulting Magazine, on the 40 Under 40 List from the Leadership Center of Excellence, and was recently honored as a rising star for leaders involved in philanthropy by Living Classrooms presented by Politico.
He completed his studies at California State University San Marcos in Business Administration where he was selected to attend the Leon and Sylvia Panetta Institute for Public Policy. He holds a certificate in Business Strategy from INSEAD.
Roy believes giving back is important and encourages volunteering for local nonprofits. He is also a music fanatic and fun sock enthusiast.
