Amy understands the pressures facing small businesses from personal experience. In 2016, the sudden death of her father, a small business owner, taught her the unique challenges facing small businesses in America. Inheriting a baby-boomer company, Amy was surprised by the lack of resources available to bring her company - and ambition - to the next generation. Amy’s personal experience is uniquely partnered with her background on the international level, where she was Congressional Advisor and Human Rights Attaché at the British Embassy in Washington. In her role, she designed and directed strategies to impress UK policy priorities on US Congress and led international delegations to the UK and Europe to support British security and prosperity initiatives.
